Do not judge people, get to know each other and treat each other fairly and with respect.
It is very important to treat others the way you want to treated. This applies not only for office settings but anywhere, school, office, common place etc. Lincoln is known for its position to treat customers in the way they want to be treated. I am proud to be part of Lincoln in that aspect.
